Hi

Had a Totalise email address for many years and it's suddenly stopped working tonight. Noticed no new emails were coming in so sent a couple of tests from other accounts and got undeliverable errors. Any ideas?

That doesnt sound right, hang tight for a moment, we're just trying to establish the facts. It certainly doesnt affect ...plus.com emails so I'm not convinced that the response from CSC is correct...

I have the same issue but in order to message the forum I had to register which included my email address which is a totalise.co.uk address. Strangely enough, although no other mails are getting in or out, the email containing the confirmation of forum account got through and the link worked. There are still no other emails getting through.

There was a network issue, which is now fixed, as can be seen by the fact that your forum registration email was delivered correctly. New email should come through fine, some emails which were not delivered will need to the sending service to try again, after their back-off periods.

As a follow up to this I have had an email this morning that alleges that a "Server update completed for *********@totalise.co.uk" and asking me to click on a link to "verify my email address". The email comes from Totalise.co.uk but after hovering over this it reveals that it comes from a company called "icanndomainverifications". I have treated this as a possible scam or phishing mail and deleted it without clicking the link.
