Plusnet webmail - login failed

Hello everyone. I've always accessed my emails on my phone as well as using Microsoft Outlook to download them.

This week; all of a sudden; I'm getting a login failed message.

I've not changed any passwords on my account. So I have no idea what's changed.

Can I reset my webmail account password? Or is this something to do with the email migration that Plusnet are doing?

Grateful for all replies and any help to get this resolved. Thanks.

Are you still getting this issue?

When you say plusnet email are you referring to plusnet branded email address?

This link details how to test your email login Diagnosing email server connectivity issues the guide which would be a good starting point, it will check you current password.

It also details the correct server settings required for you email client
