Hi,

I've just received the notification that my e-mail account is going to be migrated to Greenby, I currently use my (now very old!) f9.co.uk e-mail address as my primary e-mail address. I'm also a current Plusnet customer as I returned at a later date, but it's not linked to that f9 account and I don't use my plusnet (plus.com) e-mail address. It mentions in the FAQ that current plusnet customers don't need to pay for this service (yet) - so just wondering if I can link the two accounts in some way so I don't have to pay the ~£15 charge yet?

Thanks

Thanks dvorak, suspected this would be the case, but didn't hurt to ask.

but the FAQ clearly states broadband customers will not have to pay for greenby services for 2 years.

I am in the same boat, legacy f9 email, and pluset broadband.

This will push me to find another broadband supplier I'm afraid.
