Hi I'm new to this community - just joined because i'm trying to help an elderly relative recover his metronet emails. They have stopped coming in via outlook and he doesn't know his password. Any tips on outlook settings and requesting a password reset.

There is a possibility that this is related to some known delays. @plusnettony

Password resets can be done by calling support if you cannot do that via the Metronet admin portal, which I believe is provided via here - Broadband Internet, Cheap line rental, free calls, and competitive international rates from Madasafish - The Friendly ISP - but if he does not know his credentials, you will need to call support.

For the moment I would NOT attempt to make changes. Can emails be sent OK?

The other possibility is that the mailbox could be full.

Mail should be coming in as normal, so I'd suggest following @Townman's advise one.

Have you sent a test one to see what happens?
