Madasafish missing?

I currently cannot see anything 'Madasafish'.

The webpage 'www.madasafish.com' is redirecting to 'www.madasafish.com/lander' which is a blank page.

Thunderbird is returning 'Connect connect to server mail.madasafish.com; the connection was refused'.

I've not changed any Thunderbird settings and am still receiving e-mails from other non-Plusnet services with no issue.

Could someone advise on the situation please?

Using Edge on a Plusnet connection web page page exists but unable to go beyond menu..

From my non-BT-group connection I am seeing the same redirection and blank white page (using Firefox on Linux desktop)

So it's not just you !.

HOWEVER using Chromium browser on the same PC, I first get this -

Then selecting <Madasafish Broadband>, I get this -

But all the other menu options give me this -

Looks as though it is routing to GoDaddy (see privacy link on the landing page).

Similar to @outcast I'm getting the blank screen on Firefox/Windows desktop for both .com and .co.uk and Edge gives the blue screen, but with 'Content Blocked' and the privacy link that has GoDaddy.

PlusNet broadband and all other sites working fine.

Webmail acess still getting refused, which is the bigger concern tbh.

Who is seems to indicate madasafish.com expired yesterday?

This maybe explains why I can't send emails to gmail today (and at least one other guy but there surely be more) as I've madasafish in my email spf settings and it doesn't recognise it anymore.

Confirm I have the same problem - can't download e-mails to Thunderbird. Have tried on 2 PCs with the same result. All other accounts - outlook and g-mail working.

Anyone having issues with accessing POP3 emails also?

I can get to the mailbox (https://webmail.plus.net/?_task=mail&_mbox=INBOX) and see the emails but round cube is not connecting to it. It is also a long transferred Freenetname account.

same issue, unable to retrieve/send emails.

have not changed settings since last retrieved (wed 12th)....

I am also having issues with my madasafish.com email. Nothing has come through on any devices now. I have cleared out the mailbox so it hasn't reached it's limit.

Any ideas?

I have the same issue with my madasafish.com email, unable to receive or send emails. No emails received since 14:30 yesterday (Thursday).

Any update on this problem? Is it being investigated?

Resolution is still in-flight. DNS changes need to promulgate all of the DNS server instances.

Both madasafish.com and www.madasafish.com need to update everywhere.
