Hi All

I have been unable since yesterday to download any emails from PN to my iphone.

I get the messages : "Checking for Mail" then "The mail server "imap.plus.net" is not responding. Network error (POSIX 96).

All other mail services work fine.

I also can not see my mails via the web browser - is there a global issue or just something wrong with my account?

It is just you - I have no issues, and considering no-one else has reported it, nor has anyone else.

suggest you perform a search for “Network Error (POSIX 96)” might be a IOS issue

I would check for updates to ensure you're up to date

I had this same error after updating to iOS 18.1.1 a bit back, there's a long thread over on the Apple forums about it https://discussions.apple.com/thread/255760058?sortBy=rank

I fixed mine by turning WiFi off, restarting my iPhone, checking mail via the mobile network and let it download everything then switching WiFi back on. Not sure if that's an official fix but it cleared the error for me.
