Restore deleted emails

Hello, after an attempted tidy up of the inbox due to a space alert warning from Plusnet on my email storage, I have inadvertently deleted all emails (including from the deleted items folder). This was done 2 days ago i.e. 16th November.
Would it be possible to recover the deleted emails for one of the email accounts from server backup ?

I can see you've got a few mailboxes.

Can you confirm which one you deleted from?

The mailbox in question is 'cath.stokes'

We've checked and unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a backup for that particular mailbox.

This means we're not able to restore anything I'm afraid

No SOP system file storage back up of the mail folder ... as opposed to no proactive archive of the mailbox?

A proactive archive arising from violating the FUP or having not accessed the mailbox will not exist if the trigger events have not occurred, but there should be a system file store back up of the mail folder. However restoring such (in isolation) might not be an easy task to facilitate ... though it is not unheard of around these parts.

Is there a system backup of the mail folder ?
This is purely a case of the removal of emails inadvertently rather than any archive policy or trigger event, therefore what I am looking for is a restore of the mailbox to a point in time backup (the latest available) if possible.
