    <description>Nope - probably the wrong assessment.  What’s more likely is that the IMAP configuration needs the IMAP root folder needs setting to inbox&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Some mailboxes need that setting … others do not.  Never worked out why, but I suspect it is linked to first use being via webmail.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No idea whats going on&lt;BR /&gt;Samsung S24 trying to use Gmail as email client&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have followed all instructions and settings from plusnet,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One email account&amp;nbsp; works fine the second one will not sync the inbox, can send just cannot receive,&amp;nbsp; have checked and treble checked the setting from working email is the same as the one not syncing both Plusnet email accounts&lt;BR /&gt;Bit baffled here&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just after posting had&amp;nbsp; a light bulb moment................basically the email account was too big, so downloaded all as a POP3 account removing all from server and hey presto it is now syncing.................so assuming it was too large and or ran out of sync time or both&lt;/P&gt;</description>
