Email customer service phone number

I have an old much used globalnet email account.
I managed to mess up resetting the password, and need it reset.
The password recovery only recognises and sends an email to the address I can't access.
I urgently need to speak to someone who can reset my email password.
The usual number has no option to help me.
I need a help phone number., as I've been trying for 3 days, and no answer on X messaging.
