New Outlook Plusnet Compatibility

Hi,

I have tried several times to setup the new Outlook app for someone who uses a Pluset E-Mail account but have not been successful. Following setup, a list of messages appears but new ones are not delivered.

Has anyone been able to setup the new Outlook app with Plusnet and get it to send and receive reliably?

Thanks for any advice anyone can give.

I've asked a number of times and it appears that Plusnet email will not work with 'New Outlook'. That is the version that has just replaced Windows mail and is supplied with windows 11. The answers are confusing as there are many versions of Outlook.

I have reverted to Outlook 2016, part of MS Office which still works OK.
