Freenetname / Madasafish email - no access to account

First post on here. I have a freenetname email account which moved to madasafish and I now have plusnet webmail. I did have my account set up to forward my emails to an outlook account (M365) but this stopped working last week.

I now don't seem to have any way to access my account information. I had been able to previously change my password through another route but can no longer see how to do this. I can't log on as no broadband or mobile and can't get through on the phone for the same reason.
