Help Assistant -how to show it

Hi All,

I am (may be) in the process of trying to get archived emails restored.

I have raised the request on 3 occasions in the past month and finally raised a complaint request yesterday.

Yesterday I somehow stumbled across a screen that showed me each of these request and some of what had happened.

Unfortunately I no longer have that screen and can't find anything that will get me back to it.

I can get to a screen showing the content of each ticket raised but this doesn't give me the update info I could see before.

Yesterday's screen had a filter for closed requests and a list of current requests and a VIEW command alongside each.

Can anyone help please?

I can see your complaint has been issued a case handler and they have been in touch.

Thanks for your reply.

Yes a case handler has been in contact though the matter is not fully resolved.

However I would still like to know how to get to the Help Assistant page which lists all tickets, in case I have additional requests/requirements.

Any ideas?

Yes, https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search is definitely worth bookmarking!

Note that if you aren't logged in you will have to, but once you do you'll go straight to the page you want. (I think that applies to any part of the PlusNet site you bookmark, if it's a part you wouldn't see if you weren't logged in. Which is fair enough.)
