Hi everyone, I successfully set up the above recently and my Plusnet emails immediately downloaded but, since then, they have stopped coming through. I've tried re-installing a few times and new ones (occasionally) appear. There is obviously some sort of conflict somewhere, but I've no idea how to fix this. I do not have an Office 365 subscription and am not technically minded at all.

Has anyone got any ideas Thank you ...

Have you logged in to web mail and confirmed that any missing emails are present there?

Yes, they are there, but I like the Outlook appearance and like to keep all my email addresses in one place.
