I am getting multiple authentication failures trying to collect my emails this morning. Am I alone?

No you are not alone - same as me, across all devices. I couldn't find out how to post a message on this form either, I had to search email then filter a date. Then I found yours, so was able to reply. There was no where to post a 'new' message. OK on this occasion but not handy 😞

Can someone please let us know what is going on? Thank you.

Me too, very difficult to find any information, cannot access their X account either very worrying.

There has been nothing posted on their Service information board since 2022. Do Plusnet even still exist?

I've just had emails come through just now. Has anyone else? It seems to be just Plusnet forum notifications and an email that came in at 5.33 this morning.

Just sent an email to myself on my laptop and its come through on the laptop and mobile 👍

It would be really handy if someone could post what the problem has been, and if it has been fixed, on this thread. Thank you.
