Email Blocked List Doesn’t Seem To Work

I’ve added some emails addresses to the block list as described here. I’ve also checked the return path. It doesn’t seem to work for at least one Hotmail address. Any ideas? Thanks

Which address have you put into the block list?

Senders address or Envelope from address?

They are not necessarily the same. IIRC it is the latter which should go into the block list. You’ll need to look at the email headers to see the envelope from address.

Thanks. Both the “Return Path” and the “From” address are the same. There is also a Received from

xxxxxxxxxxxxx.GBRP265.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM

but this may or may not relate to this particular sender so I am loath to try that.
