Hello,
Amazon SES is refusing to let me send mails saying I'm using TLS 1.0 and I need 1.2. Plusnet support tell me they can't change this and that I need to do it myself.
My mailer is ARPreach. It is set to use TLS and they tell me that the problem can't be fixed through their settings and that it must be through my ISP.
Any help gratefully received. Amazon's message below.
Thanks a lot,
Tony

My mailer is ARPreach. It is set to use TLS and they tell me that the problem can't be fixed through their settings and that it must be through my ISP.

@twoolfson sorry but that is complete and utter rubbish!. The TLS setting is nothing to do with your ISP its an option or setting on your email software.

edit: on the other hand is ARPreach trying to use secure SMTP and is that going through the PN mail server relay.plus.net ?

In which case , I'm not sure if that supports TLS 1.2 and if it doesnt, there's nothing you can change
