Where are the EMail Spam settings

Morning,

For the life of me I cannot find them! I would very much like to adjust them but have scoured the site to no effect. All advice welcome! A post from February suggested they were at the bottom of the My Account page but they are not showing. Many thanks

Login to the portal
Go to MANAGE NY ACCOUT
Got to MANAGE MY MAILBOXES

Select the SPAM tab.

Looking at the username you've entered when creating your forum profile, there's no Plusnet email address available for your account, due to how recent it was signed up. Do you have a working Plusnet email address?
