Please could somebody help me asap

I want to delete all my Plusnet email boxes.

I have deleted all, but one, ie my default email, and I have been unable to do that.

Plusnet have my other email address on my billing account which is used by yourselves.

I had an email from somebody telling me they had hacked into my default email and they even told me my password!

quite horrified and demanding payment of 600bit coins,

Please close down all my email inbox etc

Have you sold old hardware (laptop, PC) on fleabay without sanitising the storage?

I once had a similar e-mail regarding an old router. However, the person had only managed to partially retrieve the password. One character was missing. But I'd changed the password on the new router. So Spammy's lies resulted in the sqrt(f/a)

Passwords are a bit like diapers.

My last pc went in the skip smashed up, that machine was ruined by a scammer like this guy, demanding ransoms.

i simply want the plusnet inbox wiped out as not used it for some time.

All I can hope is plusnet to keep the idiot out

@Sparkrace22 I suggest you go to have I been pwned? and put you w-mail address(es) in there. It will give you an idea whether there is a more general leak. I use it every few months - it tells you about identified data leaks from a variety of sources, and whether your details appear in the dark web sites that sell/swap compromised account details.
