Gap in emails received over last week

I had been on leave. No emails received in webmail for the final 3 days of holiday.

I have never seen this before. Any advice on the issue?

Went away on Sat, emails appear in webmail for the first 3 days, but from Wednesday, no emails received. Once logged in, new emails received from this Saturday onwards.

Was Plusnet down?

Hi @lachlan79 is it just these 3 days or are you still not receiving emails? We've not been down but can certainly investigate.

Thanks for taking the time to reply.

We have emails now, but just missing from those 3 days. I have never seen that before. Tried deleting old and large emails but no real difference. In addition, no bouncebacks from emails sent to us in that period. Like could they be holding in a pre-Inbox server?
