Really - every few months - you have to go without access to emails or being able to send them.

I too am having the same issue and would like to know why ! Whether basic or advanced, it makes no difference, takes ages to load up, then get a message saying IMAP server fault or some such thing.

Identical to the problem I am suffering - this did this last year to me for days on end.

Is there away I can take my @plus.com email address somewhere else?

Becasue POP what ever it is does not load onto my phone either.

Very frustrating....👹

I've been getting the same since yesterday evening, the email client is also coming up with IMAP problem and trying to sign in webmail it just says "Connection to IMAP server failed." so it looks like a problem their end.

So you are not alone.
