Hi,

I have recently cancelled with Plusnet but I am told I can keep my email after I leave as long as Plusnet are notified in advance. The guy on the service line *was* told, but I am backing this up with this message.

@gjbaphillips You have been misinformed. As from June last year, it is no longer possible to retain your PN email address(es) if/when you cancel your broadband account.

@gjbaphillips Im not sure who told you that ?

The ability to keep email after leaving was discontinued last year ( June if I recall correctly )

edit @jab1 beat me to it ( but at least I was right on the date😀)
