GMail are mandating that email sent from a domain to free (but not paid) gmail accounts must have SPF and/or DKIM authentication. Plusnet have configured SPF for the freenetname.co.uk and DKIM for <account>.plus.com domains, so emails from native domain addresses should be fine.

There is a workaround to add SPF to Plusnet hosted domains BUT this is not possible for legacy Freenetname/Madasafish hosted domains.

Many thanks for your reply.

Of course I have been using a Gmail account to mail my clients who are Gmail users.

I would be very happy to pay PlusNet to migrate my freenetname domain to PlusNet and enjoy the benefits.

Strange that they have not suggested this or perhaps hosing is no longer an attractive option for them?

On we go in the wonderful digital world!

Yes, hosting is a legacy facility and support is limited.

TBH you're really better moving your domain hosting somewhere else.
