The problem of Log in Plusnet webmail account...can't find the "email" sign on my member front page.

Hello there, I am a new user of Plusnet

.... so I cannot click on the "email" button to access to the webmail.

then I use the link https://webmail.plus.net

There are two boxes for me to input my username and password, so I did it.

then the red box pop up and said "login fail"

and I've check couple of times that my username and password are correct.

I've tried several times... I'm not sure if I did something wrong or some steps I've missed?

Is there someone have the same experience with me?

like you can't find the email to login at the member front page...

I wonder if Plusnet provide a webmail service...

so I've called the service hotline today, he said the plusnet email service is still provided right now but it'll close down soon.....

but I still want to access to the webmail.

would be much appriciated if someone can solve the problem

If you're a new user to Plusnet I'm afraid you're out of luck.

Plusnet stopped providing email services to new users sometime last year.

in fact i need an ISP email to register a forum

do you know is it only board band company will provide an ISP email?

Why do you particularly need an ISP email address to register with?

I use Google Mail, and have done for about 3 years, (migrating all my logins etc from my previous ISP email address was my project during the first Covid lockdown!).

The advantage of non-ISP email is that switching ISPs in the future is a lot less hassle.
