I accidentally deleted email over 11 days old about an hour ago and need to recover those emails from the backup server images - can you help?

If you deleted them via an IMAP client - can they be found in the deleted items folder?

No they are not in the deleted items folder - I looked there and in the trash folder first. I need the emails to be restored from a backed up image of the email server from before yesterday evening.

Townsman can you use your line into the business to raise this issue directly, a fix is straightforward but it requires Plusnet's email server team to act within a short window
