No access to email configuration on plusnet web page

I have a free email only plusnet account that I wanted to change the email password on but can't find the configuration options on the website. Has something changed with the free email accounts as I don't seem to be able to get information on my domain either?

I have an additional plusnet broadband account for a different property and can get to the email configuration on that account from the manage account page.

@paul1098 Are you saying that the 'Manage your Plusnet Mailboxes' option is missing from the bottom right of the page when you go from Dashboard>Manage Account Details>Manage Account?

AFAIK, that is the only way into 'manage my mail' - @Townman 's link sends you via your account login, anyway.

@jab1 The thing I found strange was that if i wasn't logged in then the link sent me to the sign in page (which is understandable) but then didn't show the 'manage my mail' button whereas loging in first then following the link showed the button.

Very strange - I'll keep a copy of the link for future use.
