CallnetUK.com Email Settings

Are CallnetUK.com email accounts now under PlusNet control? They were originally taken over by Madasafish I believe.

If so, please can anyone point me to where I can access my callnetuk.com email settings and either recover my password or change my password as my LiveMail client software appears to have dropped the password and I can't remember what it was.

Yes, they are.

Probably worth trying a password reset here if you don't know what it should be.

Failing that, might need a call to the support team.

Thanks for your prompt response Bob. Unfortunately the Madasafish Control Panel no longer works once you dig deeper than the opening page. Logging in just takes you to an insecure connection that won't display anything.

I have managed to get the Plusnet Support tem to change my password for me.
