Restore deleted emails

Hi,

My wife (mailbox dee on my account ) deleted all of her emails on her phone prior to selling it, and of course it's removed them all from the server.

Is it possible that they can be restored?

They were all deleted 20/12 in the evening.

If you were using IMAP then there's a good chance they are in the 'Deleted' folder

Please can you confirm whether you have checked the deleted items folder?

Hi,

Apologies for the delayed response, no there is nothing in her deleted items folder, however, on her phone which she uses exclusively for emails etc she still has her sent box intact so there is a lot of history there she can refer to. Not as good as getting her inbox restored if that is possible. If it's not possible then it's not the end of the world 🙂

Ah the annoying thing is we only keep snapshots for a week (if that) so the inbox will now be lost. Sorry about that.
