I have not been receiving plusnet emails to my phone for 2 weeks with an error message that the password is incorrect, have plusnet turned off everyone’s emails?

No they haven't. Do you have a computer to check on? It is possible you have gone over the storage limit.

Yes they are still coming in when I check on my surface pro? Not sure how to start receiving them again on my phone thanks

Ah, so it isn't a file-size limit then. Which phone is it, and has it had a recent update (mail client AND/OR operating system)?
