Madasafish/Freenetname Email

while i am still able to send and receive email from my accounts as the passwords are embedded in mail clients, I need/want to change the passwords on both my main freenetname one and my personal domain email accounts (hosted by madasafish).

However, i don't seem to be able to log into my madasafish account to do this. I've tried the 'forgot password' function and it says it has sent an email, but I've not received anything....

any suggestions?

can anyone help please?

It now seems that I can't send emails from any of the email accounts on smartphones - receiving is ok (at the moment)

Did you manage to get the passwords changed and that caused the issue with sending, or has that started separately?
