i need an email that was received on the 28th or 29th July but its completely dissapeared from my inbox, I have not deleted it

Are emails automatically deleted after a certain time? if so how to I retrieve it

I'm sorry to hear that you emails are missing and I can appreciate how frustrating this may be.

We’re quite chocka right now, so it’s taking a little longer than I’d usually like to get back to customers and I'm sorry about that.

I can see you have raised this to our higher escalations team and they are resolving this for you.

some emails were unarchived but not the ones I wanted which were from the 28th and 29th July
