Email for globalnet not working today 5th Aug

Emails to username@globalnet.co.uk working ok

Emails to name@username.globalnet.co.uk all fail as it says username.globalnet.co.uk domain does not exist.

As all my contacts use name@username.globalnet.co.uk I am receiving no emails and everyone is getting error messages.

This problem started overnight.

Please can this get fixed asap as it is causing me major problems getting no emails.
