Please could my emails be restored? I haven't used my emails in a while and i recently got one saying my emails have been archived and my account will be deleted soon unless I do this.

Sorry for us taking a long while to pick this up, I've just checked your account (the one your forum account links to) and there's nothing to show that any messages have been archived. Could you get back to me with a ticket number or PM me with your username please?

@adamwalker If this archiving is due to non-use, I understand there is no ticket/footprint on the account?
