Some emails very slow

I was about to say "emails missing" but 2 have this minute arrived. So they've been stuck somewhere - and I'm still waiting for another. I know they are out there because the mails go to my own domain's host which forwards them both to PlusNet and to Outlook.com, and I see them immediately in Outlook.

The first was sent at 10am today, and has arrived at 16:45. The receiving headers are

Other emails have arrived promptly via 84.93.230.243 and 212.159.14.26, so I suspect 84.93.230.228 has a problem.

I reported to the helpdesk earlier but nothing useful transpired.

Some emails very slow
