Bit of a difficult question to answer, @ian22grant . Could it be that you have exceeded the 1GB limit, although you should have had warnings once the usage reached 75%.

*.plusnet.com accounts do not stop receiving emails when the 1GB FUP is exceeded, however the legacy brands do not receive new emails when their (250MB) storage allocation is exceeded.

Which email brand are you using?

Are you sure that there are more recent emails?

Thanks for that info, @Townman . I must check before making comments 😉, but as I don't/never have used ebmail, some of its foibles are unclear to me.
