Webmail captcha breaks Roundcube app

The captcha that has been added to the webmail login screen prevents the Roundcube android app from logging in.

Given the flakiness of email generally (see other posts), this is another irritation that makes trying to use Plusnet email on a phone a frustrating affair.

Actually that may be a mis-diagnosis as Plusnet email is rejecting all logins!

Some customers are having problems logging in their email and we’re working quickly to resolve the issue. Plusnet broadband, mobile services are not affected and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused.
