I have just spent 30 minutes of my life trying to access my E-Mails without success. Their usually slow but today is outrages.

Makes me feel like a mushroom. Kept in the dark and fed BS.

They could say if its major equipment failure or if they have been targeted by some hacking group etc. at least we will know if important info as been stolen or not!

Same here in Epsom no mail downloading on any devices. I can send emails though.

Service Status page and social media posts say ony some customers are affected but no information as to why - is it geographical or to do with the email set up on devices or linkages with Outlook/iphone mail etc?

Surely it is possible to provide customers with some basic information and/or suggest some temporary fixes to enable access to incoming mail messages.

I can accept things going wrong.

I cannot accept lack of information.

Especially as, by 8 tomorrow, I will have not had emails for 36 hours.

I'm in the same position, no emails since yesterday afternoon. The customer service really is pretty poor these days.

You can't get hold of anyone for love nor money. It's a shame as they used to be very good in the early days...

Well on their update page it says that they've identified the problem, so everything should be right by tomorrow morning.

I'll wager it was either a blown flux capacitor or the reciprocating foo foo valve, they're always the culprit.

A quick un-plug and re-plug, followed by a Ctrl+Alt+Delete from Brian in maintenance and it will all be fixed.

I've had a bit of waste of day due to all this, but oh well, we'll keep our fingers crossed for the morning then...
