How to change Freenetname password?

I have the same problem as described here:

i.e. I want to change my freenetname password. I have tried the Madasafish link described in the thread (https://secure.madasafish.com/forgotpassword/).

i get the password reset email, but when I click on the link I get a Plusnet branded error message "Your password reset link was invalid or may have expired. Don't worry, to reset your password just enter your details again." I entered my freenetname email again but nothing happens when I send it.

Please help!

Do you know your current password?

If you do, you can log in to your Madasafish account and use the change password tool here http://www.madasafish.com/support/billing/change_account_details/password_information/forgotten_password.shtml

Thanks for your prompt reply. The first time I tried the link it look me to "Greenbee.com" (part of John Lewis, apparently). Predictably, my login attempt failed.

Second time I tried it, it did take me to the madasafish website, where I successfully logged on and changed my password via:

My Details/Update Password.
