I was with BT before coming to Plusnet and have kept my old btinternet email address with no problems up until this week. I can still load and send emails from iPad but can no longer load emails just send from my iPhone if I’m on Wi-fi and neither if using data. Settings look the same for both iPad &amp; iPhone. Can anyone help me please.
