Email server down?

Since about midday I have not been able to connect to mail.force9.net. Is there a problem with that server?

Outgoing e-mail is fine. I haven't made any changed to my config and same problem on PC and phone. Webmail still works OK.

I am having the same problem trying to log onto mail.plus.net. The error message is "the connection was refused".

Last email received was at 12:22.

Whatever it was seems to have passed now. My email just caught up.
