    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have added the M&amp;amp;S customer, news and sparks e-mails to my white list. &amp;nbsp;I have been in touch with M&amp;amp;S and their technical department. &amp;nbsp;M&amp;amp;S have confirmed that they reset the sending of e-mails (in case they weren't being sent as they had been rejected in the past); M&amp;amp;S have confirmed that e-mails are being sent from their servers. &amp;nbsp;I have given up and set up a g-mail account instead. &amp;nbsp;I contacted M&amp;amp;S yesterday and the e-mail came straight through. &amp;nbsp;At last. &amp;nbsp;I now have the faff of going into websites to change my e-mail account from the Plusnet one to the g-mail one. &amp;nbsp;A friend mentioned that they had hear (I do not know now valid this is, just a thought) that because I use a Mac using MacMail that updates to the IOS increasing security cause this issue. &amp;nbsp;great that security is increased not s o great if you don't get e-mails. &amp;nbsp;I did check the e-mails on Plusnet webmail too and they weren't arriving there either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Plusnet are still working on my ticket and can find nothing which is blocking emails from M&amp;amp;S.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I placed an order with M&amp;amp;S earlier today for click and collect at my local M&amp;amp;S Simply Food. The web site confirmation said it would send an email to my gmail address. Nothing so far.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am beginning to suspect that it is a M&amp;amp;S problem but my local store manager has been unable to get a reply from his internal tech support contact.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This should now be resolved. I had someone with appropriate access take a look at the mail logs on our side, and when they saw that we were only getting a few emails in from M&amp;amp;S, where as a company of their size we'd expect to see more, they had an idea what could be causing it. They've performed some percussive maintenance and can now see more emails than before coming in from M&amp;amp;S.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd expect it to take a while for any queued emails on the M&amp;amp;S side to come through, tough assuming their mail server is following standards anything from more than five days ago won't come through.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I even tried forwarding an M&amp;amp;S email that I had received to her Plusnet account and it gets instantly rejected with the below error:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Error transferring to mx.avasin.plus.net; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 552 Spam Message Rejected&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What info do you need to get this investigated?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;eReceipt emails come from a different domain and presumably are a third party service used by M&amp;amp;S. I also successfully received an eReceipt when I signed up temporarily as a test.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
