Bluemail email authentication error

Yesterday I suddenly got authentication error on the three different email address's I have and it now won't recognise my password.

I've not changed the password, and I'm receiving emails okay.

Any ideas?

Just tried Outlook and sent mail just sits there in the outbox

Similar problem here. I either get an unknown login error, or a response saying the IMAP server is unavailable.

It's weird as emails are coming in okay.

Just tried the built in email on my android tablet and that's sending okay

I couldn't even login, let alone send anything.

Is it working for you now? I've just tried again, and I can now login successfully and have sent a test message.

@john_chandler the problem this morning was a Plusnet mail server failure - it was corrected at around 0830, and has been working since.

Finally back to normal this morning.

Seems to have started playing up again this afternoon as get the error again.
