How do I add second email address to the webmail?

I have two email addresses with Plusnet but only one of them receives email on the webmail service. How do I add the other one?

Username should be

username+mailboxname

Sorry, I don't understand?

I have two Plusnet email addresses: one@account.plusnet.com and two@account.plusnet.com. The webmail receives email for the former but not the latter. How do I fix that?

You need to log in to additional mailboxes separately on Webmail. To log in to an additional mailbox you enter the username as Oldjim has advised along with the password for that particular mailbox.

Just wondering if the OP has actually set up separate mail boxes for each email address?

I don't have to log in like that normally though, I just put in my account name and it works.

When I try the above method it fails with both accounts. I get 'login failed'. I assume I'm supposed to type the + sign?

For the default mail account, the username is just your account username. For a secondary mail account, the username is account username+mailbox

And you'll sign in using the mailbox password.
