Creating a Plusnet email account

Hi. At present I have a Gmail account and a long-standing Freeserve account. As I am with Plusnet I really want to replace my Freeserve account with a Plusnet one. I have a Plusnet username and password but I can't quite work out how to create a Plusnet Email account. Is this free? I would be grateful for help. Apologies if this has already been answered.

Yes email comes free with a broadband account.

To create your first (default) mailbox, login to the Member Centre and go to Email Settings in the left-hand menu. Then Manage My Mail and follow the instructions.

Note that your default email address will be mailboxname@username.plus.com but you will access it with the account username and password.
