Forum password reset

Had to register a new forum account as i cannot reset my password from my old forum name old forum username Jameanstee which is linked to my main plusnet account after figuring why i can't get the reset password it seems my email account to which it was linked had been deleted .But i would like to retain my original forum username .

All fixed now just had a phone call from harry fixed within minutes .

Hi James, that should be sorted now so if you request a password reset on the email address that's stored on your Plusnet account, it should be connected to your original forum account.

If you could let me know once you've made it on to that account I'll make sure this duplicate account is deleted

Now back online with my original forum account so temporary one can now be deleted .

not getting reset emails. Pretty sure I know the address I had registered but prepared to admit senility!
