Attached is a screen snip composite which shows the dates displayed on the Community pages around 12:10am this morning (10/04/2013). The WordPress-based pages show Tuesday 9th April 2013 and the Forums page (correctly) shows Wednesday 10th April 2013. Shortly after 1:00am all pages (correctly) displayed Wednesday 10th April 2013.
I think the problem could be that WordPress-based pages are set to display dates using GMT times whereas SMF displays them using BST time.
Edit: In WordPress General Settings is Timezone set to UTC+0 rather than London?

Odd. The time settings of both Wordpress installs are correct. I'll have somebody double check the servers themselves...

Plot thickens. The server time settings are fine too:

community01:~# exec date
Mon Apr 8 09:39:43 BST 2013
community02:~# exec date
Mon Apr 8 09:38:03 BST 2013
community03:~# exec date
Mon Apr 8 09:40:18 BST 2013
community04:~# exec date
Mon Apr 8 09:40:26 BST 2013

Checked the Wordpress theme and the date's being pulled from php:

<?php echo date('l jS F Y'); ?>

Running that on the servers themselves returns the correct date though so I'm at a bit of a loss to be honest
Someone better versed than me will probably take a look at some point.
The date corrected itself after 1am so I assumed it was due to a summer time related setting. When I posted it was still the previous day GMT.

Sorry, I should have pointed out that we had php return the specific time and it wasn't an hour out
