As an ex Media Professional, I like images !
In the TV business there is an obvious difference between Engineers and Operators.
Same applies in the computer business too it seems.
I don't live in a lofty tower looking down on others, but I do live in a Castle when in this Country !
Whilst I respect technical knowledge, I also respect the right of others for their opinions.
I am a person that does, I have hired and fired many, maybe I'm not extremely technically proficient, but then I hire staff to do that !
Which is why I enjoy the technical help given on this forum, by members of PN staff, and other posters, whether current customers or not, with their superior technical knowledge.
I do not need to know how it works in extreme detail, just that it works, and help is available when it does not.
So thanks to anyone that provides support here.
Especially RPMozley, Anotherone & jelv, to name but three.
And ALL the brilliant PlusNet staff, whether by forum, and especially 0800 Tech phone support at any time day or night, who all know their stuff.
My appreciation, like my package, is Unlimited !
