if you think I am going to change the rules just because a moderator thinks it a good idea to change his username (frequently) you have another think coming
Regarding the point about the person who wrote them.
We did wonder about that but you can't change the original post(er) without deleting the whole post and reposting it and you have no idea how many links that would muck up.

Perhaps then a little self-discipline is needed on the part of the moderators and they should refrain from changing their user names!
