The posting of Contact Us tickets is permitted but the CS Agents name must be removed, unless prior permission has been given by the agent in question. This also applies to names given during telephone conversations. Posting a ticket number will enable Plusnet employees to look into anything you might want to highlight. Until I saw this Free Chat topic I was blissfully unaware that the rules had been changed.
Doesn't something need to be done to highlight the changed rules to all users?

The only thing missing is the ability to highlight the tab a different colour, of default to that page on logging in whenever the rules are changed.
A useful mod nonetheless.

Re. Digital Care: we stuck with ‘Comms’ because 1. ‘Digital Care’ is such a silly name, and 2. ‘Comms’ is what everyone knows them as. It's a bit like tickets vs. questions – the official PN term is the latter, but everyone calls them the former.

The reason I flagged it was because I noticed it had been changed in the second paragraph. In view of point 2 I wonder if you could add after the first occurrence "(formally called Comms Team and still commonly referred to as such)"
