Plusnet provide the internet to customers, it's up to the customers to know how to set it up so it works for online gaming.<BR />99.9% of the time it's people who haven't got a clue how to set everything up properly and it's their own firewalls/security software blocking them from being able to game online properly when it comes to setting up gaming on an XBOX 360 or PS3.<BR />But people choose take the easy way out and try to blame Plusnet when it isn't really their fault at all!
