Moderation notes

Is there any reason why the moderation notes don't have a link to the specific rule within the General: Forum Rules In Depth topic?
E.g. [Moderator's note by xxxx removed all caps title as per Forum Rules]

Speed, I guess. Some of the mods dish out rather a lot of these (as they view a lot of posts) and I suppose that going to the topic, finding the right anchor etc. lengthens the process somewhat, when anyone with half a brain cell who clicks the generic forum rules link can just click the applicable link in the ToC.

I'd assumed you all would have had a text file with the standard moderation notes so that you could just copy/paste the appropriate moderation comment.

They're not all standard though. A couple of them are, such as removal of full quotes, in which case we use our word censor hack to automatically generate a full mod's note complete with rules link to the correct anchor. For example:

I used to put in a link to the specific rule but it takes time you often don't have.
